Mission
Technology is the great unlock — it doesn't just solve problems, it rewrites what people think they're capable of. My mission is to build products that make that shift real.
How I Think
Product Philosophy
Start with the bottleneck, not the technology
Before proposing AI, I map the workflow end-to-end and ask where time is actually being lost. The best AI products I've built solved a decision-making bottleneck — not a documentation problem.
Trust is the product
In enterprise AI, accuracy is table stakes. The real product is the trust architecture: explainability, evidence-grounded outputs, and human-in-the-loop controls. Without trust, adoption dies regardless of model quality.
Personalization only works on top of good data
Driving a 31% engagement lift taught me that AI personalization without clean underlying data architecture is just noise. I invest in data quality and instrumentation before building the intelligence layer.
The best insight comes from watching, not asking
Stakeholders tell you what they want; behavior reveals what they need. I shadow workflows, run diary studies, and do contextual inquiry before writing a single requirement.
How I Live
The 5 C's
Commitment
I finish what I start. Commitment isn't about intensity — it's about staying the course when the energy fades and the work gets hard. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
Consistency
Greatness is rarely a single moment. It's the result of showing up — day after day, in small ways — long before the results are visible. I trust the compound effect of consistent effort.
Contributor
I want to leave every room, every team, and every product better than I found it. Being a contributor means giving more than you take — and measuring yourself by the growth of the people around you.
Critical Thinking
I question the brief before I answer it. Most problems worth solving are not the problems first presented. I dig for root causes, challenge assumptions, and refuse to mistake activity for progress.
Courage
Courage is saying no to the good idea in service of the great one. It's delivering hard feedback, making the unpopular call, and betting on a conviction when the data is still thin.
